With my actual job position as IT System Support with Veranda Management Ltd, I have been abiding to a similar job description as mentioned in the advert where I have been dealing with supplier for quotation, purchasing and evaluation of products. Moreover, I have also been dealing with internal customers (i.e users) and clients at hotel for internet connection problems, mail and IP TV system issues. Concerning working with system, I have a strong understanding of administering a client server environment and thus also ensure smooth running of ERP solutions in every properties, in case of conflicts or downtime, I need to do follow up with supplier and take necessary actions. During my studies at University of Mauritius for BSc. (Hons) Computer Science and Engineering, I have also undergone internship for my first year vacation at Harell Mallac Technologies as trainee technician and second year vacation at Yes Solutions Ltd as web developer.
