Hi, My husband and I bought a lot through Ventana del Pacifico in Chontales about a month ago. We plan on building and moving down there full time within the next 2 years. We have 8 year old twins. We are hoping the transition to a new school will go smoothly, so the sooner the better. Currently, we are living in Glenwood Springs, Colorado where we own and operate a garden center. Although the business has been good, we are both burned out and want to do something different. We are not ready to retire and will have to work when we move. We want to offer our kids an adventure, a unique experience. We plan on using the Ventanas design team to build our house when we get to that point. If anyone has any tips to offer on the whole building in Costa Rica process it would really be appreciated. Thanks!! Laura
