Born and raised in Southern California, I seek a more casual life both in the Phil and in slightly remote living locations in Northern or Southern California, as I enjoy my retirement. As time passes, I will be spending more time in my Southern California primary residence to ensure my new baby has the best environment to grow.

I am retired. I am retired corporate executive and now act as a Business Consultant.

Expat experience
My secondary residence when not at my primary California residence.
Cooler weather, fresher air and less traffic (M-F).
The constant inability of locals to drive with integrity and follow the laws.
My main home/legal residence. When not at my California home, I spend a portion of the year at my Tagaytay City Philippines "secondary" residence.
Very clean, safe and near to where I grew up..... my home!
Zero dislikes... I am blessed!
