Hi am Harikrishna K V from Bangalore, India. i got an work oppertunity at Kigali Rwanda for a period of one year from march 2012 to March 2013. I just want to know is it safe place to lead my life over their for this period? Please anybody staying their from india reply me... Is it safe place for Indians? And what about the cost of living at that place for Indians?
