About me

I am a German and Swiss national. I lived and worked in six countries these past twenty years. I am a cross cultural trainer, coach and author of the recently published book 'From surviving to thriving: Living your best life abroad', a self coaching guide for women accompanying their partners internationally. Great book to redefine who you are and what you want to get out of your life. Great to provide structure and a clear plan for an Accompanying Partner who often feels pushed around and being a follower rather than a leader of one's own life. This book puts women back into the driver's seat of their life.

I want all women on the move to truly live their best life and not to make too many compromises along the way. For this to happen, you need to have the courage to find out where you wish to be happier and how you wish your life to look like in areas such as your relationship to a partner, your finances, your career, your living environemnt, you leisure, your personal growth and your family and friends.
