I am so new to this:( I am not happy with what is happening where I live and can not afford to buy a home here. Am I dreaming that a move will fix that? My present income is about $1100 a month. I want to live in a safe area where I can grow my own food and raise some chickens and the grain to feed them. I would like a livable house with about 5 acres. I don't need to be too close to a huge city nor the beach but at my age, I should be within about 30 miles from a town large enough to have a hospital and shopping.. I have no idea where I would fit in. I speak only English and a little Texan:) I have worked as a welder, machinist, laborer, editor, hypnotherapist, and more. Due to back problems, I can't do most of what I just mentioned except gunsmithing and hypnotherapy (which would require learning a different language) Please help! Ray
