I am not yet an expatriate, but I am looking for information about life abroad.

I am American, and I would like to live in Nepal. I am currently in Seattle.

About me

I am looking at retirement within the next five years, and I want my funds to stretch as far as possible.  I have been to Nepal and loved the place.  I have friends here in the US from there who are very well associated with the place.  It seems like a place I should check out to see if could be part of the expat community there.
