About me

Hello! My husband and I recently moved to Yokohama Japan and will be here for at least another year or two. We are originally from Houston, Texas, but I spent the last 8 years of my life in Southern California, San Diego, and Seattle, Washington. We are interested in meeting new folks who like to learn Japanese, enjoy photography, or enjoy trying new places to eat. I wrote a lot of restaurant reviews for Yelp as a "Yelp elite" back in San Diego, so I'm trying to build a component of my blog for reviewing new places. I also tend to try a lot of trendier, luxury things around town and enjoy my fair share of pampering:). I'll try to incorporate more of this into my blog Tacos With Chopsticks. Enjoy!
