I am not yet an expatriate, but I am looking for information about life abroad.

I am American, and I would like to live in Belize.

About me

I live in the Florida Keys.  I am a Veteran on disability and frankly, although I love it here the expense is killing me.  I feel like I am being taxed to death.  Property Taxes, Gas Taxes, Sales Taxes. Don't get me started on insurance.  I know there are plenty of cheaper options in the US, however, I have to live where it is warm.

My birthday is on 19 October
