About me

My name is Robert MacGregor-Ellington Iam descended from Irish and Scottish immigrates who came to America in the seventeenth century.  I am a retired school teacher having taught English, sciences,humanities,and history for thirty years.  I am also a certified surgical technician and have kept basic skills up by assisisting a physician friend with minor surgeries from time to time.  I have a master's degree in English, education and special education with a focus on the intellectually gifted student. I have taught at all levels including K thru 12th grade as well as at the college/university level. I am a cancer survivor(stomach cancer) and have been given a clean bill of health by my physicians.  I enjoy good health and energy.  I also enjoy doing various charity works through Holy Trinity Church. I live in Florida but find the year round excessivly hot climate more than I want to deal with.  I seem to flourish in the cooler/colder clime of my native Tennessee/North Carolina highland birth place.

My birthday is on 11 November, I was born in 1944
