Home brewing and setting up a household

So far, I enjoy the British Club and have a close friend that I link up with quite a bit. The roads are decent and traffic is somewhat orderly.

Nothing to note so far.

Subic, Philippines

Set up my retirement home, homebrewed beer, cider, mead and mango wine. Enjoyed my wife and motorcycle.

Fresh air, good electricity, stable internet, good running water, true security, peace and quiet

That I had to go back to work before I could fully retire.

Tripoli, Libya

Helped stand up and manage a new hotel during the revolution and afterwards.

It was great to see the ancient Roman ruins of Leptis Magna. Something that few people get to experience.

Unfortunately the country went to crap and I had to leave for security reasons. I do not think that Libya will be fixed any time soon.

Worked some IT projects

I liked the fresh vegetables and cheap seafood in Mindanao.

Not much to like in Manila. The pollution and congestion ruins it.
