I am an expatriate.

I am British, and I am now living in Malta. I am currently in Gozo.

About me

I have served with the London Fire Brigade for 30 years. I retired on 31st March 2008, fortunately I am young enough, metaphorically speaking, to start again and I have just started a new life on the Maltese Island of Gozo. My wife Gill and I arrived in Gozo in 2008. We are setting our sites on a new beginning, in a new place......the grass is always greener on the other side of the fence.........isn't it?

In Search of Nirvana
