I am American, and I am now living in the United Arab Emirates. I am currently in Ruwais.

About me

Arrived in the UAE just over a month ago and it has been fantastic! New jobs brings me to the western region in a very small town which has been a huge shift for this metropolitan girl, but all the reason to quickly pack up on a Thursday afternoon for weekend fun. Come from a hot region of the US of A so this heat is tolerable for evening runs, frolicking in the gulf, etc. Mentality is more the merrier and the people I have encountered I thoroughly enjoy the laughs and good times. As soon as I get the job to the point of automaticity, the backpack will be utilized in full gear. There are always times for champagne brunches and massages as well :D I am always smiling and moving..and UAE hasn't stopped me at all..perhaps it has even reignited me. “Dream as if you'll live forever, live as if you'll die today.” ~James Dean
