About me

I am a yoga teacher originally from San Francisco, where I received my training in hatha/vinyasa, as well as pre-natal yoga. I have relocated to Paris and Normandy and am offering (in English) dynamic hatha/vinyasa flow classes weekly at Centre de Yoga du Marais in the 3eme, YogaHum in the 18eme, Paris Yoga in the 8eme, and customized individual and corporate private sessions throughout the city. I also teach international "yoga and terroir" retreats and workshops in France and California. I am registered with the Yoga Alliance.
