About me
I am from Toronto, Canada and live in Genova, Italy. I teach English and used to work onboard cruise ships. I just started a blog (help! I live with my italian mother in law) because living with my Italian mother in law has provided me with lots of funny material to write.
My husband is an Italian navigational officer onboard ships and so I spend alot of time alone figuring out the Italian lifestyle and having fun doing so!
My birthday is on 29 January, I was born in 1966

help! I live with my italian mother in law
My husband is Italian. We met working on cruise ships together. He still works onboard but I decided it was time to get back to reality and moved to Italy after we got married August 2008. For economical and logistical reasons (I don't speak Italian) I live with my mother in law. This blog is a funny personal glimpse of my life living with her and living in Italy. It is not meant to be a travelogue although I am more than willing to assist anyone with information or even meet up for a coffee if you are travelling to the Ligurian coast.
