Pokhara
I am currently living in Nepal since October 1989
My life & projects in this location:
I am living together with my two Nepalese grandchildren ,the twins Rekha (girl) & and Nirjung (boy)at our HRDSN Head-Office in Pokhara Biyajapur, which is a location at the entry bridge of Pokhara valley first road to the left. The kids are 12 years old now. I adopted them the day they were born at our own hospital in Lamjung.
My occupation:
I am a biology teacher and professional service dog trainer and the founder of Himalaya Rescue Dog Squad Nepal
What I like about this destination:
Pokhara is fantastic...it has a crisp mountain view and a two beautiful lakes for fishing, leisure and boating. Only one of them, Begnas Tal, is fit for swimming.
What I don't like about this destination:
One Lake...the Fewa-Tal is unfit for swimming due to sewer pollution by the many restaurants.
