I moved to France in 2003 with my wife and two daughters. I have 25 years experience in the property market and set up Cognac Property Services when I arrived here.
I am mandated by clients to find houses in the charente & charente maritime.
My clients are mainly UK based but I have also acted for clients from the USA, South Africa, Sweden, Asia and Australia.
