I am not yet an expatriate, but I am looking for information about life abroad.

I am American, and I would like to live in Taiwan.

About me

I lived in Taiwan from 1962 to 1965.  I learned to speak Mandarin.  I graduated from UCLA in 1968.  Met my wife in Japan (while she was teaching school at an American school for the children on military personnel.  We married in 1973 and have four children and nine grandchildren.  I retired a few years ago and would like to return to Taiwan to further improve my language skills and, perhaps, work as an English teacher.

My birthday is on 8 March

Interests

traveling to taiwan and china. improving my chinese language skills.
