As a social activist I am heavily involved in both local and expatriate affairs. I love nothing more than bringing people together. If you are ever in need of assistance or have any questions, comments or suggestions I am always available to lend a hand. Currently, I proudly serve the Buenos Aires community as the InterNations Buenos Aires Ambassador, an Executive Committee Board Member for Buenos Aires International Newcomers, the Chairman Elect for Democrats Abroad Argentina, as a member of the Expat-Blog team, and through my website Good Morning Buenos Aires (www.goodmorningba.com).
I joined expat.com on 07 June 2009.

I originally came here for 3 months but fell in love with the city and never left. I am heavily involved in both the Argentina and expatriate community here, ever enjoying the diversity of a wide array of friendships.
I love the pace of life here, the diversity of culture and friendships I have found here. The architecure, parks, museums, galleries, etc. are all favorites. I love walking in this city; I found I walked more the first 6 months I lived here than I think I have in my entire life.
Inept beaurocracy, lack of quality control standards, the air quality and pollution in general.
I enjoyed having two residences there: a beachfront home south of Mendocino and a city house in the East Bay Area.
I loved the geographic diversity within hours of me: the mountains and snow of Tahoe east of me, the desert south of me, ocean west of me and redwood forests north of me.
The traffic and pace of life were a bit too frantic.
I enjoyed traveling throughtout Germany and parts Europe in my over 3 years of living there.
I loved the diversity of culture, lifestyle and people. I also loved the fact that Germany is centrally located in Europe making it easy to see other countries. Also, Germany is the cleanest city I have ever visited in the world.
Shopping hours are such that it is difficult to work and get the things you need.
I was born in Fayetteville, Ark, while may parents were in graduate school, lived in the Dallas area of Texas from 1 1/2 years of age until I moved to Germany in my early 20's. I also lived in Worcester, Mass. for a while, Ponca City, Oklahoma and then California.
I love the economic diversity and opportunity in the USA.
I love the USA but have chosen to live outside the country for a while to develop a more global perspective on life.
