I am an expatriate.

I am American, and I am now living in the United Arab Emirates. I am currently in Al Ain.

My path

About me

I've been many things: A model, a flight attendant, a publicist, a creative director, a makeup artist, a jewelry designer, and an executive assistant... But I define myself, first and foremost, as a wife and mother. I am human (and humane), family-oriented, faithful, self-aware, self-confident, focused, ambitious, intelligent, witty, capable, cultured, creative, resourceful, flexible, and adaptable. (In exactly that order! Which doesn't seem to matter, but, if really considered, does matter very much.) I am a world traveler and a creative writer. (I'm degreed with a BA in English, which only proves useful in situations like these when it is appropriate to introduce or re-introduce myself.) I was born and raised in a very small town in Georgia, and I lived there for the first 25 years of my life. I have since resided in Arizona and in England - and now, of course, I am here in the UAE. What I like most about myself : I have accomplished every goal I have ever set for myself - even the far-fetched ones. I'm an ordinary person who's lived an extraordinary life.
