I was born in India and grew up in Bangalore; then moved to Australia and acquired Australian citizenship; also spent some years in China, learning Mandarin Chinese, teaching English and getting to experience the culture and meet the locals; am currently back for a while in my home town of Bangalore (Bengaluru) in India. I also have an "overseas citizenship of India", so the reasoning for my claim to being an expat in my country of birth is rather convoluted, but there it is. Would be glad to be of assistance to expats or visitors in Bangalore, and also to meet up for friendship or shared activities.
