I come from a little mill town in New England called Lowell, Massachusetts. New England weather is similar to Belgian weather, however, I lived in Southern California for the last twenty years of my life, so it is an adjustment to get used to the cold again. I love authentic Mexican foods and watch all the cooking shows I can muster to learn about European cooking.
