I AM A INVESTOR/ BOAT CAPTAIN THE HAS DELVE. BOATS SAIL AND POWER ALSO LIVE AND OWNED A SAILING CAT. FOR 20 YEARS DOING CHARTER IN THE CARIBBEAN VI & BVI . JUST GOT BACK FROM TRANS ATLANTIC CROSSING AND TRAVEL THOU USA/ ASIA/EUROPE RIGHT NOW LOOKING INVESTOR PROPERTY IN S.W.FLORIDA .
