I am Australian, and I would like to live in Mexico. I am currently in Sydney.

About me

Hi, I am at present studying a Masters of International Studies at the University of Technology, Sydney, and part of this degree includes a 6 month in-country study. For this part of my studies I am planning to study at the Universidad de Guadalajara in the second half of 2010.  While I am in Mexico part of my degree includes a research project.  To help me understand the area, and gain a better knowledge of culture and area I though this blog would be a great opportunity to sound out ideas and learn from others.  Some of the areas of study that I am interested in looking at are the role of women, literacy programs for women in Jalisco. 

A little about me, I also work at the University of Technology, Sydney in the International Area.  I am a mature aged student with two adult sons.

I can speak English and Spanish
