About me

I'm from Denmark, lived in Bangkok for 12 years and moved to Saigon 1 year ago. I work with health and nutrition as well as executive Business coaching. I'm an Entrepreneur. I like Saigon and would welcome anyone to meet for a coffee chat. I'm a Business and Health Coach, I strongly believe the 2 areas are completely connected; If you don't earn enough, you are stressed which is the first sign that your health will suffer - and if not 'fixed' can lead to serious health concerns, on the other hand, if your health is not 100%, you can't perform well at your work or business which again leads to stress etc... I would love to talk more to you about what I do and I know I can help you. One of my programs is a 12 week "Get to 100% at work through your health - challenge". All good, but before that, I would really like to find out what I can do to bring you value otherwise. I'm easy going and would love to meet for a coffee chat. Cheers, Tim
