I am not yet an expatriate, but I am looking for information about life abroad.

I am Canadian, and I would like to live in Mexico. I am currently in Ottawa.

About me

I am currently in Ottawa, ON but I would like to move to Mexico. I still haven't narrowed down a location.  My big concern is that I'm not sure about the work options in Mexico, when I move there, what will I do for income? Will I have to wait 20 years till I retire before I can move?
