I'm a 22 year old black girl from NY living in Southern Japan through the JET Program, and my blog is just about my experiences that I'm having as they occur. I find myself constantly surprised about the the things that I see here, whether pleasantly or unpleasantly. My experiences in Japan might or might not apply to other black girls if they live here, but I am just documenting ones that I have.
