Hi, I was born in Peru and live in the USA since 1968, now that I'm retired I'm thinking to look for place where my retired pension allows me more freedom economically speaking, after spending time in several countries in South America I found out that at the end Peru still offers better alternatives even though the attitude of the majority of the population is not very polite and have very little respect for the enviromment around them, hopefully one day they'll understand educated and clean people equals better living.
