I am an American combat veteran. Though my Spanish is very poor, I enjoyed a childhood in a Spanish neighborhood of Albuquerque NM. I later moved to South Carolina where I was a police officer until 9-11-2001, when I joined the army, moved to Germany, and deployed to Iraq as a body guard for coalition dignitaries. It is my and my wife's intent to assimilate into the Cuencan culture, and retire while we are young enough to appreciate it.
