I am native Mauritian. I worked for the oberoi Mauritius for 7 years as a head waiter and barman before I moved to Australia in December 2007. I worked in a fine dining Italian and western restaurant in Australia as a head waiter for the last 5 years. I just got promoted to restaurant manager. I acquired many different skills in hospitality from the service to public relations and also I developed losts of regular customer. I was popularise due to the amount of customer know me by my name and asked me personally to served them. In other words, I've built a strong personal relationship with all my customers that's why I was the most popular employee in the business.
