Im efficient and highly organized. This enables me to be as productive as possible. Im a creative thinker. I like to explore alternative solutions to problems and have an open mind about what will work best. I have good communication skills and can work with many different types of people of varying personalities and skill levels. I am motivated, disciplined, and focused and I am determined to get my job done well and on time. Im good at organizational skills, prioritization and time management. But my greatest strength is my ability to effectively handle multiple projects and deadlines. I can work well under pressure. When there is the deadline, I can focus on the task at hand (current project) and structure my work schedule well. I may get things done with little direction because I like to take responsibility for myself. Im a perfectionist. I pay attention to all the details, and like to be sure that everything is just right. I am not depending on money to make me happy. What makes me happy is having a satisfying job that provides challenge and new situations daily. The most important thing for me is my professionalism at work.
