My named is Gene Imhoff. I was born in Central WI, and have lived in Texas for the last 40 years. We visited the DR in June of 2015 and fell in love with Rio San Juan. Someone told us there was a ex-pat community there and would like to know if anyone knows where it is? We plan on returning in October and viewing some more of the north coast.
