Please allow me to introduce myself. I am a civil engineer and project manager, owner of a technical office, located in Athens (Greece), working effectively for eleven years in the private construction sector. Through the years, amongst my main responsibilities activities, are included: a. The design, authorization and supervision of projects in the private sector, (Industrial projects, i.e. gas stations, car service stations, marble processing factory; Residential buildings; Commercial buildings, i.e. office complex, pharmacies and nursing houses, shopping centers and cinema complex facilities). b. General contractor duties; competently communicate with clients, subcontractors and stakeholders. c. Manager and coordinator of engineers of other specialties (i.e. Mechanical engineers, surveyors). d. Cooperation with other companies of the construction sector as an external partner. e. Management, cost estimation and supervision of technical staff and construction stages, (i.e. Foundation, bearing structure, masonry and plastering until the completion of a new project, renovations and decorations of existing buildings). f. Topographic surveys, energy building inspections as a certified energy engineer and audits of building legalization as a certified construction inspector. g. Technical director and officer safety in private operations (i.e. fitness centers, private schools).
