Hello, I'm Judith from Richmond, VA, age 65 and still adjuncting at the local college in ESL. I've worked and traveled abroad (Asia, Europe, Middle East) for over 25 years. I'm hoping to explore Ecuador as a place to semi-retire (and still teach a class or two) and get to know the locals and the culture. As a vegetarian, rice and beans are a major part of my diet! I'm not an urbanite and prefer nature, the beach, mountains, wildlife, and visiting historical sites. I'm looking forward to a new adventure and an escape from the corporate health care system of America. Thank you.
