Manuel, an Italian electronic engineer, is the developer of the Wavescontact technique. Thanks to his job, he could travel around the world and follow his own interests and develop his passions: ancient civilizations, Shamanism and Meditation. Although he holds courses and seminars, he continues his research on the waves of the sea and their interactions with psychophysical well-being. Wavescontact courses Wavescontact is an innovative relaxation and regeneration technique. It was developed by the author of the book The singing of waves in 2005 in Sardinia, one of the worlds most ancient and mysterious islands. This technique consists of some simple exercises to be done by the sea with the help of the waves. 4-hour courses or sessions are held by the author to teach the techniques of wavescontact in health Spas, Wellness centers, or, just on demand, to groups wishing to learn more about them. Sessions will be held by the sea, where the instructor will present a series of exercises to be done inside and outside water to help the learners to rediscover their ability to sync with the natural frequencies of waves. When wavescontact exercises are learnt, our mind and our body immediately and naturally sync. In fact, from the very first session, every participant can experience a state of deep harmony, peace of mind and physical well-being. A presentation course will be held the evening before beach sessions to provide participants with illustrative booklets and drawings of the techniques for doing the exercises.
