I am an Indian by nationality who is living in Zanzibar, Tanzania. Who was working as an Assistant chief engineer / Chief Engineer in hotel industries for more than 6 years and got more than 25 years of experience in hotel maintenance department, got hands on experience in commercial kitchen and laundry equipment's repairing and general maintenance.
