I raised three children (now all grown) on my own while working various jobs (including Spanish teacher high school level), I speak Spanish fluently, although a bit rusty at the moment. I am currently staying with my daughter, am not working right now. My significant other is about to retire this August, and will have two small pension incomes, he is originally from Puerto Rico, although his Spanish is minimal. We are looking at Ecuador, as well as other places abroad, for relocating after he retires.
