Having recently moved to Hanoi from Glasgow, Scotland, I am now looking for a position within a new and energetic environment, and to build upon the varied previous experience I have already gained. I have spent a number of years contributing to various different UK based music publications, both online and in print, delivering high quality copy in many different formats. I also have over five years of experience working in the hospitality industry in the UK and occupied a management role for the majority of this time. This has led to a wealth of experience in all aspects of running a small business in this field, from staff training and devising cocktail menus to marketing and back of house operations.
