I am looking for a good reliable bike suitable for my friend to use as a taxi-bike in HCM. My family has been in constant communication with him and his family since 1996 and I have recently visited him. (My daughter is working in Cambodia, so took a side trip to meet up with him). He really needs a good bike that will seem him through a long time. He's an excellent driver, I always drive with him on the bike through the horrendous traffic of HCM, side saddle or astride and have total confidence in him. He's now 65 years old and has a 27yr old son, and a 29 yr old daughter with a small child. His wife is now disabled and he bears the full brunt of the work of the family. Let me know if you think if this bike would be suitable. Neither the son nor the daughter has a bike at present, and the father (Quang) would I think pass his present 25 yr old bike on to his son. Tell me what you think about this, please. Quang is an ex-cyclo driver who has managed to buy his old bike with the money that our family sends to him every 6 months.
