Looking at starting a business with a close friend late next year firstly in Lombok! I'm an Australian who travels to Indonesia constantly and my friend has travelled all over the world and found a gap in the market and feel this will take off! So we have joined forces and Would love to chat to other Expats who have Accommodations for travellers or Villas to get an idea of how you set it all up. I have read so much information yet would be nice to just get an easy rundown of how you started. Looking forward to chatting.
