Signe Art Studio

My name is Signe Admine-Bugeja and I am an artist sanctioned by the Latvian Accademy of Art who has been living and working in Luxembourg for over ten years. I also have years of experience in teaching arts. Recently I have set up my own studio where I teach academical painting, drawing, sculpting etc. for both adults and children.
