My work experience, professional background and extra-professional activities have their roots in my dedication toward social change, to the improvement of human life conditions and developing the societal mentalities in order to live together in a better society. During the last years of studies at the Bucharest University - Psychology faculty, I chose to gain theoretical knowledge in the Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, Management Theory, Labor Relations, Psychotherapy and Art Therapy. I attended a PhD in Art Therapy but painting always has been my passion. The courses I have completed in private had prepared me well because I learned the essential art traditions and methods while still maintaining creative exploration. My work has been featured in several local galleries since I was only nine years old, receiving great reviews. Also I have won lots of national and international awards. As an artist, I have worked with many mediums, but with a focus on oil painting. I continue to refine my technique and find new ways to capture the beauty around us. Having many collaborations with people in different demographic positions I proved my abilities in interpersonal skills and flexibility and I gained the experience in understanding the social coordination and administration of people and projects; Supplementary to my professional activities, I followed my artistic gifts in writing, being the author of book, several published articles inspired by problems with a big impact and seriousness which are starting to show in the organizational world.I enjoy also bringing life on the paper through photography with vibrant colors, and finding new ways to make people see things. I aim to show new facets of beauty in every day images.
