I have a large GCC experience in managing kitchen and restaurant operations working with prime names in Emirates Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Saudi Arabia-KSA and Bahrain. This experience includes various food production department( Kitchen ) operations such as; the Middle Eastern cuisine, continental cuisine, Lebanese ,French ,Italian, Moroccan, Arabian, Indian cuisine and casual fine dining in addition to Banqueting operations in five stars hotel chains. In Egypt I worked for five stars hotel chains such as The Four Seasons San Stefano Hotel, Inter-continental hotels and Grand Hyatt "hotel, In the Gulf Area I worked in the United Arab Emirates in One &Only Royal Mirage Jumirah Beach Dubai, Emirates Palace Hotel Abu Dhabi,( Kempinski hotel ) - Sunset Resort &spa Al Khobar Saudi Arabia KSA &-elite Hospitality Group Bahrain - Elite Seef Residence and Elite Resort &spa in the kingdom of Bahrain.
