I am a native-born Irish-American, with Welsh, Polish, English and German blood flowing in my veins. In spite of that, I have a supernatural love for Ireland that is God-given. When my lovely wife, Stephanie, and I went on our honeymoon to Ireland, back in 1999, something happened to me that I cannot explain apart from it being a supernatural occurrence. Since our visit to Eire, I haven't been able to get her off my mind or out of my heart. I was born and raised in Upstate New York, graduated from high school in Cooperstown, New York, and joined the U.S. Navy right out of high school. I remained in the Navy, as an Illustrator-Draftsman, until my retirement from active duty in 1995. I raised three daughters during my military career, and all three of them are grown up, graduated and gone away from home. I am a freelance sculptural illustrator, and I teach figure sculpture for adult education classes. I also do seasonal landscaping to put food on the table and to pay the bills. I currently live in the Denver/Front Range area of Colorado. I also function as a prophetic sculptor in a church network called Jubilee Fellowship Church, and I am one of the elders for our men's group at our Lakewood campus. I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Rocky Mountain College of Art + Design (RMCAD) located here in Denver. I graduated from RMCAD in 2007, and I was the oldest student on campus, with a GPA of 3.892 (Summa Cum Laude).
I joined expat.com on 05 October 2014.
