Introduction

I'm about to go to Egypt for the first time. The first thing I would hope to find is a juice bar and vegetarian restaurant and health food store. Am I dreaming? I would like to learn Arabic and improve French and Spanish. I am looking forward to a change of lifestyle and living in a new culture. Would appreciate any insights. thank you
