I am a goal-oriented operations manager with 6½ years with most recent company and years prior, broad senior management experience in assisting my company to maximise efficiency and achieve sustainable growth. 

I have a demonstrated ability to deliver on productivity goals, increase efficiencies and maintain product quality. In my most recent role I managed a mix of 40 refuelling staff, administrators, desk technicians, Supervisors and vehicle service bay staff, overseeing budgetary, HSE and industrial relations issues. I have a professional reputation for meeting and aiming to exceed my KPIs and have developed and delivered successful goals and strategies to reduce accidents and injuries, to both my company and external sources. 
My experience in management has enhanced my ability to carry out these functions, but I believe it is my interpersonal skills that have driven my success in fostering strong workplace processes and customer relationships. I also possess an excellent level of computer literacy and have managed projects that required good IT skills. My role within ASIG required continual overseeing of P&L accounts, monitoring of ACL UK airline plans to ensure the right mix of employees, were obtained for a more effective operation. 

My leadership experience with mid-sized Ground Handling and aircraft into-plane organisations such as ASIG, Ringway Handling and GlobeGround North America has allowed me to develop sound productivity strategies to meet differing requirements. I lead by example and approach all my work with energy and enthusiasm, and I look forward to utilising my skills in a new and challenging setting.
