Most of my professional career was in Calgary, Alberta at a variety of upscale and free standing restaurants. In 2008 I moved to Thailand, as outlet chef at a Jack Nicklaus designed golf course, followed by executive chef at a seaside resort (both in the Hua Hin area.) Most recently I was executive chef of an upscale restaurant in Pattaya. I am currently the executive chef at La Bodega @ Jungceylon in Patong.
