I am from India,working as an IT Educator for the past 10 years and at present I am working as IT Lecturer for RMIT International University, Ho Chi Minh City, in the country of Vietnam. As an IT lecturer, I have had considerable undergraduate teaching experience in several types of courses, including IT and non-IT majors and with M.Phil. (Master of Philosophy) Degree in Computer Science, I consider that I do fit the job description due to my qualifications, skills and past experience. Notably, I have successfully completed the certificate course in Tertiary Teaching and Learning at RMIT, Melbourne. I hold a unique teaching philosophy developed over the years from a Computer school teacher at Yangchenphug Higher Secondary School (Bhutan) to an IT Lecturer at RMIT University (Vietnam). I have developed exceptional skills to encourage student participation in class through careful organization of teaching materials and engaging attitude. In my class, I believe all students should contribute to the learning process. This philosophy has posted impressive results in colleges I have taught and would like to bring it at your institution. In the past four years, I have delivered papers at national and international level conferences such as Nations first science & Technology conference (PNG) and ICIS (Paris: France).
