I am very grateful I could turn my passion of cycling and nutrition into my profession and I am a Spinning Instructor in Shanghai now as well as international Health Coach. Together my mom and I teach people of all ages about the importance of essential nutrients for our daily health and wellbeing as well as coaching them on a 21-day weight loss/detox program. Our goal is to help and assist others on their journey toward better health and happier lives. I love the fact that we have found a 'feel good' way to earn money by helping people all over the world.
