I'm from Poland but i have been living abroad for 9 years; UK an Ireland and recently I moved to Peru with my wife. For nine years I have been involved in the food service and hospitality industries. My background includes work with both small entrepreneurial establishments and large corporate environments overseeing front and back of house operations.. I'm keen on expanding my knowledge on Pisco and have been looking for a place to join a proper professional tasting, possibly visiting a producer and experiencing the whole production of it.
